Accounts Payable SupervisorWe are looking for an Accounts Payable Supervisor to oversee the end-to-end accounts payable process, ensuring accurate and timely invoice processing, payments, reconciliations, and compliance with internal controls and applicable regulations.Key Responsibilities- Manage and supervise the accounts payable process.- Review and validate invoices, including intercompany transactions.- Monitor payment schedules, approvals, and supplier terms.- Perform account, payment, bank, and intercompany reconciliations.- Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies and issues.- Prepare weekly payment proposals and cash flow forecasts.- Control employee advances and supporting documentation.- Support month-end closing, accruals, audits, tax requirements, and financial reporting.- Collaborate with internal teams, suppliers,



and other stakeholders to ensure efficient processes.- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in AP operations.Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.- 6+ years of experience in Accounts Payable or related accounting processes.- Experience in Oil & Gas, Energy, or another complex/regulatory industry preferred.- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.- Experience with SAP or other ERP systems.- Advanced Excel skills.- Knowledge of tax and regulatory requirements.- Proficient English, written and spoken.- Strong organization, communication, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
