Descripción del puesto:
Es responsable de dar la bienvenida a los(as) comensales, asignarles mesa, registrar los ingresos del centro de consumo asignado alineados a los procedimientos financieros, pago de propinas, manejo de tarjetas de crédito, así como documentar todo tipo de venta. Asiste al Supervisor de Centros de Consumo a las asignaciones diarias. Es responsable de llevar el conteo de los clientes diferenciando de los clientes locales y huésped.
