What is your role?
As a Global Planning Manager,
you will be responsible for developing and executing global supply chain strategies that align demand, supply, and capacity across regions. You will lead customer-focused planning activities, drive operational excellence, and collaborate with customers, manufacturing teams, suppliers, and business leaders to ensure product availability and supply chain resilience.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and management of general capacity and demand plans (SIOP), ensuring alignment with corporate objectives, customer value, and supply chain capabilities.
- Oversee Customer Supply Chain Analysts, ensuring that product-level planning and execution aligns with global strategies and customer demand.
- Collaborate with key customers to understand demand models, synchronize orders, and represent customer demand in forecast consensus meetings.
