The ideal candidate should possess advanced Excel skills and experience using Artificial Intelligence tools for process automation and operational efficiency.ResponsibilitiesGeneral AccountingPerform the complete accounting cycle, ensuring accounting records comply with applicable Financial Reporting Standards.Execute monthly and annual accounting close processes within established deadlines.Prepare and analyze financial statements,



including:Balance SheetIncome StatementCash Flow StatementPerform bank reconciliations, account analyses, and coordinate internal and external audits.Accounts PayableManage and record vendor invoices.Prepare weekly payment proposals, ensuring compliance with treasury policies and credit terms.Monitor and record employee travel expense and per diem reimbursements.Innovation and Operational EfficiencyIdentify automation opportunities within accounts payable, account reconciliations, and monthly reporting processes.Implement and promote the use of Artificial Intelligence tools and emerging technologies to reduce manual processing time and improve data analysis accuracy.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.5 years of experience in full-cycle accounting positions, preferably within multinational or global organizations.Advanced English proficiency with strong verbal and written communication skills to interact regularly with headquarters and prepare executive-level reports in English.Technical Skills & KnowledgeStrong knowledge of Mexican accounting principles and financial regulations.Solid understanding of general accounting practices and current tax regulations.Proven experience managing the full Accounts Payable (AP) cycle.Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP or similar platforms, including:Journal entriesReportingAdvanced Microsoft Excel skills, including:Logical formulasData analysisDesirable experience using Generative AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, or Microsoft Copilot, as well as workflow automation solutions for streamlining routine tasks and improving operational efficiency.Expand your possibilities with KTSA through KTSAMÁS, where you can access:Extended maternity, paternity, and adoption leavesLearning opportunities, training, and certification programsExtended marriage leave and daycare supportWellness and Employee Assistance Programs (EAP)Comprehensive medical plan, life insurance, car insurance, and funeral assistanceVisit to learn more.At KTSA, we celebrate and support everyone's individuality.
