Who We're Looking For:
Fluent in English and Spanish (near-native English required)
Strong verbal communication skills
Basic computer knowledge (typing, navigating systems)
Responsible, punctual, and team-oriented
Call center experience is a plus, but not required
Valid Mexican documentation is required
Location: On-site - Ensenada, B.C.
