Luxury Real Estate Signature is looking for an experienced English-speaking Real Estate Agent to join our team in Playa del Carmen.
We are a premium real estate agency specializing in property acquisition, investment, relocation, and personalized support for international clients in the Riviera Maya.
The role
As a Real Estate Agent, you will be responsible for developing your own client portfolio, understanding clients' needs and guiding them throughout the purchasing process — from the first contact to the closing.
Your main responsibilities will include:
Developing and managing your own client portfolio
Prospecting and generating new business opportunities
Qualifying leads and understanding their investment or lifestyle goals
Presenting and showing properties
Advising clients throughout the purchasing process
Building strong relationships with international buyers and investors
Following up with leads and maintaining long-term client relationships
Working closely with our internal team and trusted partners
We are looking for
Fluent English or Spanish -
Both are a strong advantage
Valid
Real Estate License




or ability to obtain one according to local regulations
2–3 years of experience
in residential and/or luxury real estate, with strong knowledge of the local market
Strong
sales, negotiation and business development
skills
Excellent
client relationship, communication and follow-up
skills
Comfortable with
CRM, social media and digital marketing tools
Autonomous, professional, reliable and adaptable
Experience working with international clients
is a plus
