As an AWS Modernization Specialist - Manager, you will lead the charge in transforming client systems and applications to leverage the full potential of AWS technologies. Within our Cloud Engineering, Data & Analytics network, you will play a pivotal role in driving innovation and efficiency for our clients. As a Manager, you will guide and develop teams, manage client service accounts, and oversee the delivery of high-quality solutions. You will be responsible for strategic planning, mentoring junior staff, and fostering a culture of integrity and authenticity.
In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Mexico, you will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to design and implement cutting-edge AWS solutions. Your leadership will be crucial in navigating complex challenges and delivering exceptional results. Responsibilities
Leading the modernization of AWS platforms by implementing innovative software engineering practices
Managing client engagements and driving the successful delivery of cloud engineering solutions
Overseeing the development and integration of enterprise application architectures and microservices
Guiding teams in the application of Acceptance Test Driven Development (ATDD) and Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) methodologies
Utilizing programming languages such as Java, Python, and JavaScript to enhance software development processes
Conducting code reviews and confirming adherence to coding standards and quality assurance testing
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and develop scalable solutions
Mentoring junior staff in software project management and application lifecycle management
Promoting the adoption of platform engineering and architecture best practices within the team
Facilitating business process improvement initiatives through effective client management and communication
What You Must Have
At least a Bachelor's degree
At least 4 years of experience
Oral and written proficiency in English required
