Descripción
Oversee and manage the organization's accounting and financial operations, ensuring accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual closings.
Ensure the proper recording of financial transactions, maintaining the integrity of accounting information and compliance with corporate policies.
Supervise the preparation, review, and analysis of financial statements, including the Balance Sheet, Income Statement, and Cash Flow Statement.
Ensure compliance with IFRS, as well as applicable tax and regulatory requirements.
Coordinate internal and external audits, serving as the primary liaison with auditors and other key stakeholders.
Strengthen the internal control environment through the implementation and continuous improvement of financial policies, procedures, and practices.
Lead and develop the accounting team,



fostering high performance, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Partner closely with finance and business teams to support decision-making through reliable financial information and timely analysis.
Perfil buscado
Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
Advanced conversational English (non-negotiable).
More than 8 years of progressive experience in accounting.
At least 2 years of direct people management experience.
Experience working within multinational organizations or environments with regional and international operations.
Previous experience in an audit firm/Big Four environment will be considered a plus.
Strong analytical skills, leadership capabilities, effective communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in dynamic environments.
