We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Specialist to lead marketing initiatives for WorldFirst across Latin America.
As the regional marketing lead, you will drive brand communications, digital marketing, and integrated marketing execution to accelerate business growth and expand our brand presence in LatAm.
Key Responsibilities Content Marketing background in B2B or Fintech is preferred.
Fluent Spanish (Mandatory) and Professional Working Proficiency in English .
Deep understanding of Latin American market culture, media ecosystem, and consumer behavior.
Hands-on digital marketing experience with familiarity in mainstream marketing platforms and analytics tools.
Proven track record in planning, executing, and coordinating both small and large-scale offline events.
Exceptional communication, project management, and multitasking skills.
Preferred Qualifications Experience with multinational corporations or Chinese cross-border companies.
Familiarity with cross-border payments, fintech, or e-commerce industries.
Strong data analysis skills with a data-driven mindset for decision-making.
Demonstrated success in managing large-scale events or high-impact integrated marketing campaigns.
