This isn't a regular design role. You'll work with a dedicated group of clients over time on their digital and print work, but the core of the job is different: building and running AI-driven design workflows, not just producing static output.

That means AI is how you work day to day, not a side experiment: you know how to prompt, iterate, and chain tools to get consistent, on-brand results, and you build repeatable workflows instead of starting from scratch each time. You also know when to reach for AI and when a piece needs a human hand, and you catch the difference before a client does. Tools change every few months, so you keep updating your workflow as they do.

What we're looking for

- A strong portfolio across digital and print work, ideally with a piece that shows your process: where AI got you started, what you changed before it shipped
- Hands-on, everyday use of current AI tools (e.g., Nano Banana, Krea, Flora, Firefly), not occasional use
- Solid command of Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Fluent English for direct client communication

Production

Coordinators (PCs) help you identify good client fits or navigate blockers, while Art Directors (ADs) provide creative guidance when you need it.
