We are currently seeking a highly motivated and bilingual (Spanish/English) Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team. The idóneo candidate will be responsible for managing the front desk, answering phones, and providing excellent customer service to our clients. Additionally, the candidate will assist with various administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the firm.

Responsibilities

- Greet clients and visitors with a welcoming and professional demeanor
- Answer incoming calls, route calls to the appropriate individuals, and take accurate messages
- Save and request medical bills and records
- Interact with clients daily to provide status updates, gather information, and service their needs
- Assist with document preparation, filing,



and organization
- Communicate with clients and potential clients in both English and Spanish
- Provide administrative support to attorneys and staff as needed
- Assist with other managerial tasks to ensure the efficient operation of the firm

The hours for this position are 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 a.m. or 7:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m., M-F. Hourly compensation is commensurate with experience. Raises and/or bonuses may be given based off of your work performance. Sueldo: $15,000.00 - $17,000.00 al mes
