Job Summary We are immediately hiring a tech-friendly and exceptionally detail-oriented Catalog Specialist (e-Commerce) to join our team. This full-time remote role is responsible for auditing, verifying, and maintaining highly accurate product catalog data across vendor portals, Shopify, and our Squid inventory platform. If you excel at data research, SKU verification, and maintaining high standards of data hygiene, this position offers long-term career stability and professional growth.

Core Responsibilities

- Product Data Verification: Research vendor websites, price sheets, and product catalogs to verify SKUs, titles, descriptions, images, measurements, UOM, quantities, costs, and prices.
- System Maintenance: Systematically update, clean,



and maintain product information in Shopify and Squid software.
- Data Auditing & Research: Detect missing or inaccurate details, conduct thorough online research to fill information gaps, and strictly avoid guessing.

Requirements (Must-Haves)

- Experience: Minimum 2+ years of recent experience in e-commerce catalog management and product data administration.
- Language: Advanced English verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively.
- Communication Skills: Strong collaborative ability, receptive to feedback, and comfortable communicating project updates.
- Core Abilities: High attention to detail, strong tech-savviness, proficiency with Shopify (Squid experience is a plus), and proven online research capabilities.
- Location: Must currently reside in Latin America.
