About the Role

At Tolko, 360° comms & marketing agency, we are looking for a creative, adaptable, and detail-oriented Junior Copywriter who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment. In this role, you will bring brand stories to life across multiple channels—from engaging social media posts to compelling ad campaigns and internal communications.

Because our client base operate across regions, you must be fully bilingual (English/Spanish) and able to write, adapt, and proofread content seamlessly in both languages.

Key Responsibilities

- Social Media Content: Draft creative, platform-native copy (captions, video scripts, carousels) for Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Facebook, and Twitter/X.
- Campaigns & Advertising: Brainstorm and write catchy hooks, ad copy, landing page copy, and creative concepts for digital and traditional marketing campaigns.
- Internal Communication: Craft clear, engaging announcements, newsletters, internal memos, and agency updates to keep teams aligned and inspired.
- Creative Collateral: Write and refine copy for presentations, pitch decks, brochures, posters, and other brand assets.
- Bilingual Translation & Adaptation: Translate and transcreate marketing materials between English and Spanish, ensuring brand tone and cultural nuances remain intact.




- Collaboration & Proofreading: Work closely with graphic designers and audiovisual editors to ensure visuals and text align. Proofread all copy for grammar, tone, and brand consistency.

Qualifications & Skills

- Language Proficiency: Native Spanish and Advanced English (written and spoken).
- Experience: 1–2 years of copywriting experience (agency experience or creative internships).
- Portfolio: A portfolio or work samples demonstrating writing versatility across social media, campaigns, or creative assets in both languages.
- Creative Mindset: Strong storytelling skills, a knack for conceptual thinking, and the ability to adapt tone of voice to different client industries.
- Attention to Detail: Excellent grammar, spelling, and editing skills in both languages.
- Time Management: Ability to manage multiple projects, meet tight deadlines, and incorporate feedback constructively.

Nice-to-Haves

- Basic understanding of SEO principles for digital copy.
