Varsity Made is looking for an organized and detail-oriented Data Analyst – Event Processing to support our School Events operations.

The primary responsibility of this position is to process school events accurately and efficiently, ensuring all required information is complete and properly entered into our systems so each event can move through the setup process.

Key Responsibilities:

- Review and process incoming School Events.
- Enter and organize event information accurately.
- Verify that all required information and assets have been received.
- Identify missing or inconsistent information and follow up as needed.
- Update event information and status in Monday.com.
- Coordinate with the appropriate teams throughout the event setup process.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.




- Follow up on pending events to ensure they continue moving through the process.
- Support additional data, administrative, and operational tasks as needed by the company.

Qualifications:

- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent organization and follow-up skills.
- Comfortable working with multiple events and deadlines simultaneously.
- Good computer and data-entry skills.
- Experience with Excel or Google Sheets.
- Ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Monday.com experience is a plus.
- Responsible, proactive, and able to work independently.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: $14,000.00 - $16,000.00 per month
