The Demand Planner is responsible for ensuring supply alignment to satisfy all demand streams while maintaining inventory targets. Demand Planners are the lead interface to each team to optimize the use of available supply to maximize customer fulfillment and capacity utilization.

What will you do?

- Approve, release, and monitor the status of production and purchase requisitions.
- Develop priorities and communicate support functions while taking an active role in problem resolution as required.
- Coordinate with all sales teams to ensure proper inventory levels - maintain knowledge of plant operations and equipment design to plan properly.
- Regularly update work order due dates based on fluctuations in in-house capacity and the delivery schedules from factories.




- Keep Supply Chain and Logistics manager aware of applicable changes that would affect the lead time of the requisitions so that the process can be kept up to date.
- Regularly monitor and update safety stock levels in the system when necessary.
- Identify areas of improvement in current planning process and recommend action plans.

What are we looking for?

- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- 5+ years of experience in Planning, Supply Chain, and Logistics.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Advanced English proficiency.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

- Computer skills are required (use of PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook programs).
- Strong Excel skills.
- Proficiency in working with large amounts of data.
- Work under pressure and results-driven.
- Strong Analysis.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Strong “team player” skills.
- Ability to travel as needed.
