EDUCATION
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Preferred: MBA or Master’s degree in Finance, Business, Marketing, FinTech, or Commercial Management.
8+ years of commercial/sales experience, with at least 4 years in commercial management, director-level, or senior leadership positions.
REQUIRED
Direct experience working with large retail chains and an established personal network/client portfolio of retail-chain contacts with multiple points of sale.

PROPOSED COMPENSATION $100K–$120K ( $Mxn / Month)
Consideration: This position is expected to be above the general market average for a Commercial Director, particularly due to the combination of technology/telecommunications, FinTech, and business development responsibilities.
VARIABLE COMPENSATION
Target Annual Bonus: 30% of annual base salary.
Commercial Incentive: Additional variable compensation tied toNew contracts, Revenue generated, Margin, Transaction volume Quota attainment, New retail chains acquired and Other commercial growth KPIs.

POSITION PURPOSE
Expand the company’s presence in large retail chains, including national retail chains, Telecommunications + Fast-Moving Consumer Goods + pharmacies, and chains with multiple points of sale.
Lead the company’s corporate commercial strategy,
driving profitable and accelerated business growth through the acquisition, development, and expansion of retail chains and strategic partners.
Responsible for converting the company’s value proposition into contracts, strategic partnerships, transaction volume, and recurring revenue, integrating solutions across:
- Telecommunications.
- Digital financial services.
- Payments.
- Domestic and international remittances.
- B2B and B2B2C services.
- Digital wallets and digital solutions.
- Stablecoins and digital assets.
- Cryptocurrency-related solutions, in accordance with the applicable regulatory framework.
The position will prioritize building a high-volume commercial ecosystem, using retail chains and large corporate organizations as key distribution channels.
MISSION
Build and lead a commercial platform capable of positioning the company as a relevant player at the intersection of telecommunications, FinTech, payments, remittances, and digital assets.
The position must combine

Ideal profile: a high-level “Hunter” commercial leader with a proven ability to open doors with large corporations and convert relationships into business opportunities and revenue.
STRATEGIC RESPONSIBILITIES
Commercial Leadership
- Design and execute the national commercial strategy.
- Define revenue, profitability, and growth objectives.
- Build the annual commercial budget.
- Design the sales pipeline and forecast.
- Establish targets by segment, channel, client, and product.
- Define customer acquisition, retention, expansion, and monetization strategies.
- Present commercial results and strategic plans to the General Management team and Board of Directors/shareholders.
Corporate Business Development
- Build relationships with CEOs, General Managers, Chief Commercial Officers, Innovation Directors, Procurement, Finance, and Technology executives at major corporations.
- Develop enterprise and strategic accounts.
- Negotiate high-value, long-term contracts.
- Develop strategic partnerships.
- Identify opportunities for commercial mergers, partnerships, distribution agreements, and revenue-sharing models.
- Develop B2B and B2B2C business models.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE Proven experience working directly with retail chains and large corporate organizations.
The candidate must also have an established personal network of commercial contacts capable of accelerating the acquisition and opening of new accounts.

A) Retail Chain Financial Distribution Identify opportunities to transform retail-chain networks into financial services distribution channels.
Lead the commercial development of:
- Digital wallets.
- Digital payments.
- Collections and payment acceptance.
- Transfers.
- Digital financial services.
- Loyalty programs.
B) Remittance Business Development Develop the commercial remittance model through:
- Retail chains.
- International partners.
- Digital platforms.
Increase:
- Remittance volume.

C) Cryptocurrency and Digital Assets Vision Participate in defining the company’s long-term commercial strategy related to:

COMMERCIAL TEAM LEADERSHIP
- Build and lead a high-performing commercial team.

- Develop commercial talent.
