Our client is looking for a Bilingual Customer Support Trainer to participate in hands-on, unscripted role-play scenarios that directly improve how enterprise companies serve general customers. In this remote position, you will execute natural dialogues in both English and Spanish to help train next-generation audio and conversational AI systems. Joining a fast-growing US technology company, you will contribute 30-35 flexible hours per week to a 2,000+ hour project. Responsibilities
- Conduct 30-35 hours per week of phone-based conversational role-play sessions in both English and your second language
- Portray customer support agents and customers in realistic service scenarios without following rigid scripts
- Maintain natural, fluent conversation quality in both languages throughout extended sessions
- Contribute to a 2,000+ hour project as part of a 20-30 person bilingual team
- Adapt conversation topics and scenarios organically while maintaining clarity and professionalism
- Deliver consistent availability and reliability across the project timeline
- Collaborate with project coordinators to meet quality and volume expectations
Requirements
- Proficient in both English and Spanish,
with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable conducting extended phone conversations without scripts
- Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment for clear audio quality
- Available for 30-35 hours per week on a flexible schedule
- Experience in customer service or customer support roles strongly preferred
Preferred Qualifications
- Bonus if you have formal customer service training or certification
- It helps if you've worked in call center or customer support environments previously
