Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and customize applications and workflows on the ServiceNow platform.

Write server-side and client-side scripts using JavaScript, Glide APIs, Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, and UI Policies.

Build and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and other systems (REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server,



Integration Hub, etc.).

Develop custom applications, tables, forms, and workflows using ServiceNow Studio and App Engine.

Participate in the full software development lifecycle: requirements analysis, design, coding, testing, and deployment.

Troubleshoot and debug scripts and application issues.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (architects, analysts, QA) to deliver scalable solutions.

Follow best practices for code quality, version control, and documentation.

Required Qualifications

2+ years of hands-on development experience with the ServiceNow platform (as a developer, not as an end-user/admin of ITSM processes).

Strong knowledge of JavaScript and server-side/client-side scripting within ServiceNow (Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Actions, UI Policies).

Experience with Glide APIs and ServiceNow Studio.

Experience building integrations (REST, SOAP, Web Services, Integration Hub, or similar).

Understanding of ServiceNow data model, tables, and relationships.

English proficiency: B2 or higher (written and spoken) — required for daily communication with international teams.
