We are seeking an experienced Clinical Research Associate II/Sr to join our team. As a CRA, you’ll be joining a fast-paced, driven environment that’s helping to make a life-changing difference to patients by ensuring high-quality clinical trial execution, building strong site partnerships, and maintaining compliance across all phases of a study. Positive, professional, and comfortable supporting virtual and in-person teams

What You’ll Do

Monitor clinical trial sites through on-site and remote visits

Build and maintain strong relationships with investigators and site staff

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project timelines

Manage site-level study documentation, systems updates,



and visit reports

Implement corrective actions when needed to maintain study integrity

Ensure sites are always audit- and inspection-ready

Additional Details

Home-based role; preference for candidates residing in Mexico City

Must be fluent in English and Spanish

Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, pharmacy, nursing, or related field is required

A minimum of 1 year of CRA experience monitoring oncology trials is required

Must be able to travel and hold a valid driver’s license
