This isn't a traditional accounting role. This is where you lead, build, and scale finance functions alongside fast-growing companies. As an Financial Controlelr, you will lead end-to-end accounting operations for US-based clients while managing and mentoring a team of accountants.

You will operate at the intersection of accounting, leadership, and process transformation, driving accuracy, efficiency, and scalability across financial operations. Lead end-to-end accounting (Record-to-Report) for US-based clients

Manage and mentor a team of accountants,



ensuring high-quality deliverables and professional growth

Oversee reconciliations, variance analysis, and issue resolution

Ensure audit readiness and manage interactions with auditors

Build and scale robust accounting processes for high-growth startup environments 6+ years of experience in end-to-end accounting with strong US GAAP expertise

~ Strong understanding of financial reporting, close cycles, and internal controls

~ Experience working with ERP systems (NetSuite, QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle, etc.)

~ Integral Leadership Exposure: Work directly with US finance leaders

Design and transform finance operations

AI + Automation Exposure: Lead next-gen finance transformation

Career Path: Fast-track to roles like Finance Controller / Head of Finance Lead accounting for fast-scaling US startups
