The Performance Management Analyst will support consistent, timely, and accurate performance management across NOV GBS by:

- Consolidating and validating service and operational performance data from multiple sources.
- Supporting KPI and SLA management, reporting standards, and performance tracking.
- Developing and maintaining dashboards, scorecards, and management reporting.
- Identifying trends, exceptions, data-quality issues, and potential performance risks.
- Supporting recurring governance processes and ensuring actions, decisions, escalations, and commitments are tracked through closure.
- Providing reliable performance information that enables leaders to understand service results and make informed decisions.
- Coordinate performance data from multiple value streams, delivery locations, managed-service partners, and source systems.
- Validate data completeness, consistency, and reliability before information is used in dashboards or governance forums.
- Identify data-quality issues and coordinate resolution with the appropriate owners.
- Support the development and ongoing maintenance of SLA and KPI definitions, baselines, calculation methodologies, and reporting standards.
- Analyze captive and managed-service performance against agreed targets and document material deviations.
- Identify and flag potential performance risks, unusual trends, or significant variances for leadership attention.
- Prepare and maintain performance dashboards and scorecards for executive, management, center, and operational governance forums.
- Translate performance data into clear trends, exceptions, and supporting analysis that leaders can use to make decisions.
- Support reporting automation and process improvements that make recurring performance cycles faster and more reliable.
- Coordinate governance calendars, meeting preparation, templates, trackers,



and recurring reporting requirements.
- Prepare meeting materials, executive summaries, minutes, action logs, RAID logs, and escalation records.
- Track actions, decisions, and open commitments through resolution, maintaining clear ownership and due dates.
- Prepare center-performance materials that bring together service results with agreed site-health indicators.
- Coordinate inputs from Center Leaders, HR, Service Delivery teams, and other stakeholders to support center-performance reviews.
- Maintain accurate follow-up actions and decisions from center-performance reviews.

Required

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, Data/Information Systems, Operations, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in performance reporting, service management, business analytics, operational reporting, shared services, PMO, or consulting/professional services.
- Hands-on experience consolidating and validating data and supporting KPI/SLA reporting.
- Experience preparing dashboards, scorecards, or similar performance reporting.
- Experience supporting recurring performance or governance reporting cycles.
- Strong Excel and data-analysis skills.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and coordination skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work effectively across multiple stakeholders and follow actions and commitments through closure.

Preferred

- Prior exposure to a GBS, GCC, Shared Services, or managed-services environment.
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx, or similar BI/reporting tools.
- Experience preparing executive-level reporting and management presentations.
- Experience maintaining action trackers, RAID logs, governance materials, and escalation records.
- Analytics, Lean Six Sigma, ITIL/service-management, or related certification.
- Experience working with multiple value streams, delivery locations, or service providers.
