We are seeking an Indirect Buyer responsible for sourcing and purchasing MRO materials, services, and non-production requirements while creating value through competitive sourcing and supplier management.

Our Team
You will work closely with Maintenance, Facilities, Operations, Finance, EHS, and internal stakeholders to ensure continuity of indirect goods and services.

What You Will Do

Manage procurement of MRO materials and indirect services

Execute sourcing activities including RFQs and supplier evaluations

Negotiate pricing, terms, and service agreements

Manage PR-to-PO conversion and supplier follow-up

Support contracts, NDAs, and compliance requirements

Monitor supplier performance and risk

Drive cost optimization initiatives





Implement continuous improvement activities

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

Bachelor’s Degree

3+ years of experience in purchasing or procurement

Conversational English

Experience sourcing MRO products and services

SAP or ERP experience
