The Account Manager serves as the primary contact for key customers in Contract Logistics operations. Responsible for maintaining and developing long-term relationships, ensuring service quality, managing operational performance, and identifying growth opportunities within existing customer accounts.
Responsibilities Manage day-to-day communication with assigned customers to ensure operational excellence and satisfaction
Coordinate with warehouse, transportation, and support teams to meet KPIs and contractual commitments
Analyze performance metrics, prepare reports, and lead regular business reviews with clients
Handle issue resolution and escalation management to maintain service continuity
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and service quality
Develop strategic account plans to drive retention and organic growth (upselling/cross-selling)
Support pricing reviews, renewals, and contract negotiations
Act as the “voice of the customer” within the organization,
ensuring alignment between client expectations and operational capabilities
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business, Engineering, or related field
3–5 years of experience in account management, operations, or customer service within warehousing management and logistics
Strong background in contract logistics(warehousing and in land transportation)
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
Strong analytical mindset and ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
Proficiency in MS Excel, Power BI, or other data visualization tool
Fluent in both English and Spanish
Preferred Skills Experience with leading logistics company or handling large regional key accounts
Knowledge of warehouse and transportation management systems (WMS/TMS)
Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies
