We're looking for a high-energy Sales and Leasing Specialist to be the first voice every prospective resident hears. This is a fully remote role where your speed, warmth, and persistence directly drive occupancy success.

What You'll Own

- Speed to Lead — Contact every new lead within 5 minutes and keep working it until you connect
- Tour Conversion — Build rapport fast, qualify leads, handle objections, and book tours that stick
- Application Management — Guide prospects from "interested" to "approved," chasing documents and keeping applicants engaged
- CRM Mastery — Log everything, track your own metrics, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks
- Continuous Improvement — Spot bottlenecks in the pipeline and help us fix them

What Makes You a Fit

- Exceptional phone presence — people enjoy talking to you, even when they didn't plan to




- Natural sales instincts — you listen, create urgency, and close without being pushy
- A true self-starter who doesn't need micromanaging
- Highly organized, detail-obsessed, and comfortable juggling dozens of prospects at once
- Resilient — you know 50 calls leads to 10 conversations and 3 tours, and that math excites you
- 1-2+ years in inside sales, leasing, appointment setting, or customer service
- CRM experience (Yardi, Knock, Rent Manager, Salesforce, or similar) is a big plus

30-Day Success Looks Like

- Contacting 90%+ of leads within 60 minutes
- Booking 15-20+ tours per week
- Zero missed follow-ups in the CRM
