Responsibilities Prepare accurate, accrual-basis financial statements. Perform detailed reconciliations for bank, credit card, merchant service, and loan accounts. Apply strong financial analysis to support data-driven decision-making. Manage multiple client projects across various industries. Follow structured project plans aligned with client needs and timelines. Deliver high-quality service that is both timely and within scope. Utilize cloud-based accounting platforms and integrated tools to streamline processes and drive results. Strong client communication skills and a passion for helping small businesses. Hands-on experience with Quick Books Online and/or Xero. Industry exposure in e-commerce, product-based businesses, technology, real estate, or professional services. Consulting experience with multiple clients or projects at once. Familiarity with cloud-based accounting systems and app integrations. Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field (required).
