Participation in International Projects Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and customize applications and workflows on the Service Now platform. Write server-side and client-side scripts using Java Script, Glide APIs, Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, and UI Policies. Build and maintain integrations between Service Now and other systems (REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server,



Integration Hub, etc.). Develop custom applications, tables, forms, and workflows using Service Now Studio and App Engine. Participate in the full software development lifecycle: requirements analysis, design, coding, testing, and deployment. Troubleshoot and debug scripts and application issues. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (architects, analysts, QA) to deliver scalable solutions. Follow best practices for code quality, version control, and documentation. Required Qualifications 2+ years of hands-on development experience with the Service Now platform (as a developer, not as an end-user/admin of ITSM processes). Strong knowledge of Java Script and server-side/client-side scripting within Service Now (Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Actions, UI Policies). Experience with Glide APIs and Service Now Studio. Experience building integrations (REST, SOAP, Web Services, Integration Hub, or similar). Understanding of Service Now data model, tables, and relationships.
