What you will do
Operational Management
Oversee daily operations across Front Office, Housekeeping, Maintenance, and Guest Services. Maintain the highest standards of efficiency, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction appropriate to a boutique luxury property. Implement operational procedures, preventive maintenance schedules, and quality standards alongside department leads, ensuring cost-effective operations without sacrificing personalized service.
Guest Experience
Ensure top-notch service at every touchpoint, address guest concerns with a calm, solution-oriented approach, and use guest feedback to drive continuous improvement.
Team Leadership and Development
Recruit, train, mentor, and supervise a multi-skilled team. Oversee scheduling, attendance, and payroll for smooth operations and fair workload distribution. Conduct performance evaluations and support ongoing development — leading by example.
Financial Management
Own budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
Monitor expenses and identify savings opportunities while maintaining service quality, with transparent reporting aligned to ownership objectives.
Vendor and Inventory Management
Negotiate with suppliers and vendors, manage inventory levels, and set purchasing standards reflecting the property's quality and sustainability goals.
Marketing and Branding
Partner with marketing and sales to drive occupancy and promotional campaigns, support local partnerships, and stay ahead of industry trends and competitors.
What we're looking for
✔️ Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
✔️ 3+ years in a managerial hospitality role
✔️ Strong leadership, communication, and multitasking skills
✔️ Familiarity with PMS tools (Opera, Guesty, Cloudbeds, or similar)
✔️ Analytical, data-driven decision-making mindset
✔️ Advanced conversational English
✔️ Startup mentality — thrives under pressure and tight deadlines
✔️ Broad knowledge of Front Office, Housekeeping, Maintenance, and F&B;
✔️ A natural mentor and team builder who believes in coaching and feedback
Technical skills
PMS (Guesty, Cloudbeds, Opera, Hostfully); CRM platforms; Channel management (Airbnb, Booking.com, Expedia, VRBO)
Nice to have
Revenue Management Systems experience, data analytics tools (Excel, Data Studio, Tableau, GA), market intelligence platforms (STR, RateGain, OTA Insight), and a strong hospitality network.
