Work you’ll do/Responsibilities

As a Consultant at Deloitte, you will work within an engagement team and be responsible for supporting the overall project goals and objectives. In this role, you will interact with stakeholders and cross-functional teams. It is expected that you will be able to perform independent tasks as well as provide technical guidance to team members, as needed.

- Providing your knowledge around HR Shared Services and Service Delivery, Operating Model Design to provide better employee experience and enhance client engagements.
- Working on a project to help develop multi-year Digital HR Technology Strategies while delivering superior results for your clients, while monitoring and identifying any project issues to be able to mitigate risk for your client.
- Applying Digital HR technology trends and how they can impact the way our clients deliver HR services.
- Engaging with HR, HRIS, IT,



and Business Leaders to coordinate business requirements gathering tasks and map design features to their requirements.

Qualifications

Required

- 3-5+ years of consulting and/or industry experience.
- Completion of course of study/Egresado in Computer Science/IT/Computer Engineering, or any pertinent field or industry, or equivalent years of experience.
- Responsible for supporting and independently completing project tasks.
- Advanced English level.
- Demonstrated knowledge of HR functions & processes, with experience in at least one of the following areas: HR Strategy, HR Shared Services and Service Delivery, HR Employee Experience, HR Operating Model, Digital HR Strategy.
- Demonstrated confidence and maturity in working with senior executives and clients.
- Experience in HR technology road mapping, business cases, vendor selections, and HR Technology architecture.
- Experience driving team performance resulting in alignment with project vision and strategy.

- Consulting Experience (Big 4 preferred).
- Agile and creative mindset when problem-solving and troubleshooting client issues.
