Role Description The Implementation Specialist role at Thomson Reuters México is a full-time, hybrid position based in Mexico City, Mexico. The person in this role will coordinate and execute end-to-end software implementation projects, including requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and go-live support. Daily responsibilities include working closely with clients to understand business needs, customizing solutions to align with those needs, and providing training and ongoing support to end users.

The Implementation

Specialist will monitor project timelines, document progress, address technical or process issues, and collaborate with internal teams such as product, support, and sales to ensure successful deployments. This role focuses on maintaining high customer satisfaction through clear communication, prompt issue resolution, and continuous improvement of implementation processes.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret client requirements, analyze data, and troubleshoot implementation issues.
- Candidates should possess Software Implementation experience, including configuration, testing, deployment,



and user training.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders and to deliver clear documentation.
- Candidates should possess a focus on Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction, ensuring responsive support and positive client outcomes.
- Bachelor’s degree in information systems, computer science
- Experience with enterprise or SaaS software solutions and basic understanding of implementation methodologies and project management practices.
- Proficiency in Spanish and professional working proficiency in English.
- Ability to work hybrid in Mexico City, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and adapt to changing client and business needs.
