We are currently seeking an experienced Plant Manager to lead manufacturing operations for a well-established company in the plastics manufacturing industry .

This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic and hands-on leader who is passionate about operational excellence, people development, and continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, or a related field
- 8+ years of experience as a Plant Manager within the plastics manufacturing industry
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
- Proven experience managing and improving key operational KPIs, including: Safety (LTI & TRIR), Quality (PPM & Customer Complaints), Lean Manufacturing, OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness), Productivity and Cost Efficiency
