Requirements
- Industrial engineering degree.
- 15 years overall experience in engineering
- 5 years in a Senior or Management Role
- Recent experience in a fast paced manufacturing environment.
- Experience in High Mix High Volume operations
- Experience in labor intensive operations with diverse processes.
- Fully Bilingual English and Spanish.
- Value stream mapping and lean manufacturing.
