Warehouse Projection & Capacity Planning: Forecast monthly consumption rates and plan pallet space allocations for new warehouse setups. Plan for Every Part (PFEP) & Kanban: Establish comprehensive PFEP frameworks and implement line-side Kanban replenishment systems. Supplier-to-Line Synchronization: Ensure timely raw material flow to feed assembly lines running at 60- second Takt Time. Core Technical & Behavioral Competencies Advanced mastery of PFEP, Kanban architecture, line-side feeding (tugger/water spider routes), and ERP/MRP systems. High proficiency in warehouse layout design, pallet space forecasting, and inventory flow optimization.
