SEGULA Technologies in Saltillo, Mexico, seeks an Industrial / Methods Engineer for line balancing and process sheets on a temporary basis (2–12 months). You will draft process sheets, define standard methods, and ensure safety and quality on the shop floor.
You will conduct time and motion studies, map line saturation, balance lines to takt time, and integrate SAP routings. Strong MS Excel and AutoCAD skills are required, with English and Spanish proficiency.
