As an IT Trainee, you will build technical, professional, and consulting capabilities. You will work alongside experienced professionals while developing the skills required to contribute effectively to client projects and business initiatives.

Responsibilities

- Support internal infrastructure activities including tech support, analysis, development, testing, documentation, and deployment.
- Apply problem-solving and analytical skills to address business and technical challenges.
- Work effectively within multicultural and cross-functional teams.
- Adhere to TCS quality standards, security policies, and best practices.
- Continuously learn and adapt to emerging technologies and business needs.
- Contribute to innovation initiatives, hackathons, and knowledge-sharing activities within the organization.

Skills & Knowledge

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Data Science, or related fields.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.




- Basic understanding of Windows and network technologies.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration mindset.
- Understanding of databases, cloud platforms, or cybersecurity is considered an advantage.
- Willingness to participate in structured training and continuous learning programs.
- Availability to work on-site environment.
