Summary: Provides technical support for clinic systems including computers, software, phones, and other devices. Troubleshoots issues, ensures system security, and assists with upgrades and installations. Performs all other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the employer.
Other Information: Education: High School Diploma or equivalent; IT certifications preferred.
Experience: Technical support experience with computers, software, and digital phone systems.
