We are seeking a Scheduler, Intaker, and Salesperson to manage prospective clients from the first call through signing. This person will schedule consultations, complete detailed intakes, and ensure the attorney is fully prepared. After each consultation, they will present the contract, answer nonlegal questions, and confidently ask the client to move forward.
They will also follow up with no-shows, undecided prospects, and past leads to keep the calendar full and convert more consultations into clients.
