Your skills
- 5+ years of experience in service delivery management or a similar role
- Experience managing a field engineering team on a nationwide level
- Strong technical skills in IT infrastructure and network systems
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field preferred
- Relevant professional certifications such as PMP, ITIL, or similar
Your tasks
– Manage a team of IT Engineers and ensure timely and efficient service delivery – Monitor performance metrics and ensure service level agreements are achieved
– Develop and implement service delivery processes and improvements
– Collaborate with clients to meet service expectations and business needs
– Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships
– Identify and drive continuous improvement opportunities
– Ensure compliance with service, safety, and quality standards
