Supplier Qualification and Development Evaluate and approve new suppliers according to company and customer requirements. Conduct supplier capability assessments and process audits. Support supplier selection activities together with Purchasing, Engineering, and Operations. Develop supplier improvement plans and monitor execution. 2. New Product Launch Management Review and approve PPAP/PPF submissions. Validate process capability studies, MSA, Control Plans, PFMEA, and Production Trial Runs. Ensure readiness of suppliers before SOP (Start of Production). PPM (Parts Per Million) Delivery Quality Audit Results Cost of Poor Quality Maintain supplier scorecards and communicate performance results.
