We’re hiring a Marketing Assistant!

? Remote — based in Mexico

? Full-time

? Compensation: USD $2,000 per month

? Reports to: Marketing Manager/Director

We’re looking for an organized, hands-on Marketing Assistant to support day-to-day marketing across our brands. You’ll help keep campaigns, content, listings, and reporting on schedule while collaborating with a primarily US-based team.

What you’ll do:

- Manage Shopify product listings, collections, discount codes, and basic storefront updates.
- Build and manage Klaviyo email and SMS campaigns, flows, and segments.
- Support Google Ads and Meta Ads campaign setup, budget monitoring, and performance reporting.
- Maintain product feeds and listings across Shopify, Google Shopping, and Meta.
- Write product and marketing copy that reflects each brand’s voice.
- Support social media calendars and coordinate creative assets with designers, freelancers, and video editors.
- Help produce short-form videos and coordinate photo shoots and brand events.
- Organize performance data, track campaign deadlines, and flag trends or issues.
- Keep marketing files organized and track vendor invoices, swag, and sample requests.

What we’re looking for:





- 1–2 years of marketing or ecommerce experience, including hands-on Shopify experience.
- Working experience with Klaviyo, including flows, segments, and campaigns.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills, including formulas and performance reporting.
- Professional written and spoken English to collaborate daily with a US-based team.
- Strong writing skills and the ability to adapt to different brand voices.
- Excellent organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing deadlines.
- Comfort working remotely across time zones.

Nice to have:

- Basic video editing skills using CapCut, Premiere Rush, or similar tools.
- Experience with TikTok Shop or Amazon Seller Central.
- Experience coordinating influencer or affiliate marketing.
- A background in ecommerce, consumer products, or pet brands.
