SiiLA (siila.com) is seeking a highly motivated Marketing & Communication Analyst to join our team in Mexico. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing and communication initiatives to enhance brand visibility, drive engagement, and contribute to the overall success of SiiLA's presence in Mexico.

Key Responsibilities

SiiLA Marketing Service & SPOT: Oversee the implementation of SiiLA Marketing 360 solution, a specialized marketing service offered to clients for promoting their properties. Collaborate with clients to understand their marketing needs and execute strategies to maximize property visibility and impact.

Social Media: Take ownership of SiiLA's social media presence in Mexico, developing and executing content strategies across platforms. Including the company, product and executive´s pages.

SiiLA ACADEMY: Take responsibility for the promotion and success of SiiLA ACADEMY in Mexico, ensuring effective communication of its value proposition and increasing user engagement.

Integral Strategy Implementation:



Develop compelling presentations, swag items, and other institutional materials to support marketing initiatives and enhance SiiLA's brand presence in Mexico.

Public Relations (PR): Work closely with PR agencies and media outlets in Mexico to cultivate positive relationships, secure media coverage.

Event Coordination: Plan and execute events, webinars, and workshops, showcasing SiiLA's solutions and fostering meaningful connections within the local commercial real estate community.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

Proven experience in marketing

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.

Strong digital marketing skills, including proficiency in social media platforms, photo and videos editing and analytics tools.
