Role: Microsoft 365 Senior Systems Engineer (Microsoft Infrastructure & Cloud)

Location: Remote (100% Home office)

Overview

Seeking a Senior Systems Engineer with strong Microsoft 365 expertise and broad infrastructure experience across identity, endpoint management, virtualization, networking, SaaS integrations, and automation.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and support Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, and Intune .
- Administer SSO, SCIM provisioning, SAML, OIDC, Conditional Access, MFA, RBAC, and PIM .
- Manage endpoint security, device provisioning, and compliance using Intune .
- Support SaaS application onboarding, provisioning, and lifecycle management .
- Work with virtualization platforms such as Proxmox, VMware, or Hyper-V .
- Collaborate on networking and infrastructure initiatives.
- Develop automation using PowerShell, Microsoft Graph API, and AI-enabled tools .
- Maintain security,



governance, licensing, and compliance standards.

Required Skills

- 7+ years of Systems Engineering experience.
- Microsoft 365 Administration (Entra ID, Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, Intune).
- SSO, SCIM, SAML, and OIDC integrations.
- PowerShell scripting and Microsoft Graph API.
- Identity & Access Management (MFA, RBAC, PIM, Conditional Access).
- Virtualization (Proxmox, VMware, Hyper-V, or similar).
- Networking fundamentals and troubleshooting.
- SaaS application lifecycle management.
- AI-driven automation experience.

Preferred

- AWS or other cloud platform exposure.
- Microsoft certifications (MS-102, SC-300, MD-102).
- Experience with ISO 27001, SOC 2, Microsoft Defender, or Purview.
