As an incoming full stack engineer, 80% of your time will be spent on UI related development with 20% on backend development for an internal client mobile application. The BDR mobile application is a new, globally scaled mobile product currently in its initial development phase. The application is being built to support Sales Hub teams across LATAM, with the primary goal of enabling business growth and improved sales execution.

In future phases, the application may expand to include additional capabilities such as order taking and other sales-related functionalities. BDR is designed to replace three existing legacy applications, consolidating functionality into a single, modern mobile experience. Release 1 (MVP) is scheduled to pilot in the first week of May, followed by two major feature-rich releases later this year.

The application will initially launch in select LATAM markets and progressively expand to additional countries, making scalability, localization, and performance critical considerations. Development work is expected to be approximately 80% new feature development and 20% enhancements,



maintenance, and L3 support as needed.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field: “Licenciatura” for a university title
- 5+ years of experience in full stack development • Proficiency in React Native and mobile-first application design
- Strong backend development experience with Java 17 and Spring Boot
- Deep understanding of RESTful APIs, OAuth2/JWT, and cloud integration
- Knowledge of DevOps tools and practices (Git, CI/CD pipelines)
- Demonstrated experience working in agile development teams
- Experience integrating AI/ML APIs
- Familiarity with scalable system architecture and event-driven design
- Experience in offline-first mobile app development
- Passion for delivering solutions with measurable business impact
- SQL query expertise (some database modeling/query needed)
- Knowledge in AI Frontend development tools(Copilot,Windsurf)
