We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee a high-volume process for a growing speech therapy company.

The company manages thousands of patient cases that continuously move through different stages.

Each day, new cases may become available for bidding, existing cases require follow-up, awarded cases need the correct provider assigned, and new service starts must be properly recorded.

The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing this entire flow and making sure every case moves through the process correctly and on time. A major part of the position is reviewing and maintaining a large master list, identifying what needs action each day, completing the necessary updates and follow-ups, and making sure nothing gets overlooked.

Because of the volume, this position requires someone who is extremely organized, detail-oriented,



and comfortable working with large amounts of data.

More importantly, we need someone who understands how to create structure around a large operation - developing systems and processes that make the work accurate, efficient, and manageable.

This person will initially manage the operation hands-on. As the department grows, they will be expected to build and manage a team around the process, delegate the workload, and take ownership of ensuring the entire operation continues to run smoothly.

The goal: build a structured, reliable operation that can handle significant volume while making sure every case is properly tracked from beginning to end.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100.00 - $130.00 per hour
