123GO México is building a new sports betting and online casino operation for the Mexican market. We're looking for a Payments & Risk Operations Manager to lead our deposits, withdrawals, and risk-control functions from our Monterrey office, and to build the team and processes that keep our players' transactions fast, accurate, and safe.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and grow the Payments & Risk team (payments, withdrawals, and fraud/KYC specialists)
- Design and oversee deposit, withdrawal, and risk-control processes
- Partner with Finance, Compliance,



and Technology to manage payment providers and reduce fraud exposure
- Track KPIs (processing times, chargebacks, fraud rate) and report to senior management
- Ensure operations follow internal policy and applicable financial regulations in Mexico

Requirements:

- 4+ years of experience in payments operations, fintech, e-commerce, or online gaming
- Previous experience leading a team
- Strong analytical skills; comfortable working with risk and fraud data
- Available to work on-site in Monterrey
- Bilingual: fluent in both English and Spanish (required)

Nice to Have:

- Previous experience in the casino, gaming, or sports betting industry is a plus, though not required
