Support the Operations Department to manage the FPSO day-to-day operations safely and efficiently to achieve organizational objectives. Provide process technical assistance for track and record of process plant. Guarantee safe and efficient performance of the process plant, assisting Management with information and reports as required.
Responsibilities
- Track and record the daily production figures of oil, natural gas, produced water and water injection.
- Track and record all chemicals consumption for topsides, marine and utilities, including fuel consumptions. In order to comply with contractual performance.
- Liaise with Production Superintendent to make sure all Production Team members are trained and deemed competent to operate the FPSO Process Systems.
- Liaise with On/Offshore Teams to make sure compliance with all Contractual and Local Regulatory chemical analyzes.
- Liaise with Production and Maintenance Superintendents to make sure all laboratory analyzes are performed following procedures and standards.
- Be the custodian of the corrective and preventive actions close out regards to the root cause analysis investigation related to process plant trips or malfunction.
Qualifications & Experience
- Degree in Process Engineer or Chemical Engineering.
- 6 years’ experience as a Process Engineer in Oil & Gas industry. FPSO experience is desirable.
- Advanced English.
- - 10 years' experience in risk-based asset integrity related to equipment maintenance and reliability management.
- Detailed knowledge of Asset Management (ISO55000) and ISO14224 application and implementation.
- Good knowledge and understanding of the applicable Local and International Regulations and Standards requirements for Oil & Gas Industry.
