Your Role And Responsibilities In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead a team within a Production unit or line to execute production processes, transforming parts and raw materials into ABB products in a timely and cost-effective manner. Each day, you will ensure continuous and efficient operation in accordance with volumes, schedules, procedures, drawings, and quality and safety standards and policies. You will also showcase your expertise by organizing and allocating resources to meet line production targets effectively and efficiently.

The Work Model For The Role Is

This role is contributing to the Electrification Business in Juarez, Actual Leon.

You Will Be Mainly Accountable For

- Organizes and allocates resources to effectively and efficiently meet line production targets. Responds to resource issues as necessary. Leads capacity planning and resource optimization for the assigned unit or line.
- Ensures execution of volume, conforming product, and on-time delivery targets for the assigned production lines.




- Identifies deficiencies in production area, proposes improvement activities, and oversees implementation of actions to improve production performance.
- Manages the resolution of critical product or equipment issues together with relevant internal teams.
- Works with the quality and HSE team to ensure compliance of the hourly employees to the quality and safety criteria defined for the product.

Qualifications For The Role

- Bachelor´s Degree in Engineering.
- 5+ years of experience working in similar positions.
- Experience with production planning, scheduling, and KPI management.
- Knowledge of quality management systems and safety regulations.
- Solid knowledge of Lean methodologies
- Intermediate English level.
- Strong leadership, communication, influencing, and organizational skills, with the ability to drive results, build effective relationships, and manage priorities in a dynamic environment.
