About Us

We are a growing automotive parts manufacturing company located in Apodaca, Nuevo León. We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Purchasing Specialist to join our team and support procurement activities, supplier management, and material planning.

Key Responsibilities

- Source, evaluate, and negotiate with local and international suppliers.
- Issue and manage purchase orders to ensure timely delivery of materials and components.
- Maintain optimal inventory levels to support production requirements.
- Coordinate with production, logistics, warehouse, and finance teams.
- Monitor supplier performance regarding quality, cost, and delivery.
- Resolve supply chain and procurement-related issues in a timely manner.
- Conduct cost analysis and identify opportunities for cost reduction.
- Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships.
- Ensure compliance with company purchasing policies and procedures.

Qualifications




- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Purchasing, Procurement, or Supply Chain Management.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Fluent in both English and Spanish (written and verbal) is required.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the automotive parts industry is highly preferred.
- Experience working with OEMs, Tier 1, Tier 2, or automotive component suppliers.
- Knowledge of inventory control and production planning.
- Experience with international purchasing and import/export processes.
- Familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: $30,000.00 - $50,000.00 per month
