How many real estate files can you keep moving at once without letting a single deadline slip? This seat runs a full pipeline of U.S. property transactions from the day a file opens to the day the deed records - drafting the conveyance documents, clearing title, and keeping title companies, lenders, and realtors all pulling in the same direction. It's detailed, deadline-bound work, where a missed recording requirement or a file gone quiet is felt right away.
If you're the person who already thinks in closing checklists and never loses track of what each matter needs next, this one is built for you.
This is a career with a U.S. law firm, not a task queue. You own the real estate transactions on your desk end to end and become the person the attorney relies on to keep them closing. You'll build direct working relationships with U.S. title companies, lenders, and closing agents, deepen your command of U.S. real property practice, and grow inside a firm that treats you as part of its team. Reliable Futures places professionals into standing roles - the seat is yours to hold and grow into.
Reliable Futures employs you directly as your legal employer of record in Mexico, with full statutory compliance - IMSS registration, aguinaldo, and your vacation premium, all in force from day one. Your pay is set above the local market for this work, disclosed to you in full before you accept, and deposited directly to you - never bundled into a platform fee or paid through a middle layer. This is real employment, with the standing and protections of a formal Mexican contract behind it.
What You'll Own
You run your matters from open to recorded. Here's what that means day to day:
- Own each transaction from open to recorded: You carry every assigned real estate file from the day it opens through closing and recording, keeping each matter current and moving. You work to the firm's established procedures and hit every internal, contract, and recording deadline - and you post a clear status on each file every week so nothing goes quiet.
- Draft the conveyance documents: You prepare deeds, transfer documents, affidavits, and related conveyance paperwork for attorney review, including probate-related real estate transfers. Your drafts come back clean - accurate the first time and ready to move.
- Clear title: You order and review title work, then work directly with title companies to satisfy requirements and clear objections before they reach the attorney.
You find what has to be resolved, and you resolve it.
- Coordinate the closing and everyone in it: You're the firm's point of contact for title companies, lenders, realtors, and closing agents. You assemble closing packages and confirm every requirement with each party, and you pull together the records each matter needs - title reports, tax records, payoff statements, surveys, and estate documents.
You work under the supervising attorney and alongside the firm's legal-assistant team, and you're the one keeping the real estate pipeline on schedule. You Are Who We're Looking For
