About The Role We are looking for an experienced Sales Patient Coordinator to join the Dental Team and manage high-value dental cases ranging from $3,000 to $25,000+ .

This is a high-ticket B2C sales role , focused on building trust with patients, managing longer sales cycles, handling objections, converting qualified leads into bookings, and ensuring patients follow through with their treatment.

Key Responsibilities

- Convert inbound and outbound leads into qualified, confirmed bookings
- Manage long sales cycles with structured and consistent follow-ups
- Handle objections related to price, travel, treatment, and clinic credibility
- Present treatment packages, quotes, and relevant information professionally
- Qualify patients based on treatment intent, financial readiness, and timeline
- Follow up with booked patients to ensure they are prepared and ready to travel
- Maintain accurate CRM records throughout the entire sales funnel
- Work closely with Team Leaders to ensure booking quality and attendance
- Contribute to sales targets, coaching sessions,



and performance reviews

Requirements

- 5+ years of sales experience
- Proven experience closing high-value / $3,000+ deals
- Experience with long-cycle B2C sales
- Strong objection handling and negotiation skills
- Excellent follow-up and pipeline management discipline
- Fluent English, both written and spoken
- Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, etc.
- Comfortable working remotely and managing multiple communication channels
- Willingness to work weekends and flexible shifts

Strongly Preferred

- Medical or dental tourism experience
- Healthcare, travel, or international B2C sales background
- Experience selling packages or bundled services
- Experience working with international customers
- Experience with high-ticket consultation-based sales
