SAP SD Consultant

Location: Mexico City, Mexico

Work Arrangement: Onsite – 5 Days/Week

Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP SD Consultant to support SAP SD implementation, rollout, enhancement, and AMS projects. The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders to design, configure, support, and optimize sales, pricing, billing, shipping, and distribution processes in SAP.

Key Responsibilities

SAP SD Implementation & Support

- Participate in end-to-end SAP SD implementations, rollouts, enhancements, and support projects.
- Configure and support Sales Order Processing, Pricing, Billing, Shipping, and Credit Management.
- Support integration with SAP MM, FI, and PP modules.

Requirement Gathering & Solution Design

- Conduct requirement-gathering sessions and workshops with business users.
- Perform Fit-Gap analysis and recommend SAP best-practice solutions.
- Prepare Functional Specifications (FS) for RICEFW developments.

SAP SD Configuration

- Configure Sales Organization, Distribution Channel, and Division.
- Maintain Pricing Procedures, Condition Types, and related pricing configurations.
- Support applicable taxation and localization requirements, including GST where relevant to the business process.

Testing & Deployment

- Support Unit Testing, SIT, and UAT.
- Assist with data migration, cutover, and deployment activities.
- Provide go-live and hyper care support.

Production Support

- Provide L2/L3 SAP SD support.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to order processing, pricing, billing, and related SD processes.




- Ensure adherence to defined SLAs and support procedures.

Required Skills & Experience

- Hands-on experience with SAP SD.
- Strong understanding of Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes.
- Strong experience in sales order processing, pricing, billing, and shipping.
- Experience with SAP ECC; exposure to S/4HANA SD is preferred.
- Understanding of taxation/localization requirements and sales processes.
- Experience integrating SAP SD with MM, FI, and PP.
- Experience with SAP SD implementation, rollout, enhancement, and production support projects.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Commerce, Business, or a related field .
- MBA is preferred.
- SAP SD certification is a plus.
